Tofu Sezchuan - Chinese Dish


TOFU SEZCHUAN – Chinese Dish

Ingredients
Tofu – 100 grams
Onion Petals – 1 cup
Red capsicum – 2 cup
Red Chillies – 3 nos.
Red Chillie Paste
Chopped Garlic – 1 teaspoon
Tomato Sauce
Soya Sauce
Vinegar
Corn flour
Maida
White pepper powder
Salt
Ajinomoto
PREPARATION METHOD
Cut the Tofu in Triangular shapes. Mix Maida , Corn flour onto Tofu. Deep fry it. Keep aside. Heat the Chinese wok. Sauté Chopped Garlic, Red Chilly. Add the onion , capsicum fry it a while. Mix all the seasonings. Add fried Tofu. Garnish with spring onion. Replace into the serving Plate.
